Back Pain:
Back Pain and Sciatica:"Back pain is very common and a major cause of disability and days off work. It is usually non-inflammatory ("mechanical") in origin. It is often due simply to bad posture, incorrect lifting of heavy loads or sometimes previous injury.
Often this type of back pain can be helped by exercises to strengthen back muscles, improvement of bad posture and lifting technique, and sometimes a lumbar support corset. Pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs are also used for symptom relief."
