Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: Oh my goodness.......how long do you have Lack of unity lack of appropriate education not enough basis in physiology and pharmacology. But I think the most important problem in nursing is this....nurses do not belive they are nursing experts They think they are just nurses. And they think they have no power to affect change. Well......Im trying to change that with my seminars.
