always like added protection
Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: Morale
at all levels. Lack of respect for profession from within and without.
Nurses have done poor job of garnering support from political areas as
well as from ! those we serve. Am concerned for future of nursing with
such laissez-faire efforts by nurses and those who employ them. Youd think
health care was a cork floating on a sea of insurers we had to flow where
the current takes us. I say put up a sail and harness the wind set our
own direction
What attracted you to the field of Nursing: Variety of settings using both
brain and physical aspects of self.
